About Richard

Richard Lavoie has worked from a young age in the food industry. Starting out as packer and grocery clerk in a supermarket, Richard worked his way up through the industry. In 1984, Richard successfully managed the supply, marketing, and merchandising sectors for large food retailers such as Provigo (previously Loblaws) and Metro.

From there, Richard advanced to a head office position and oversaw all the supply programs for Provigo across Quebec. Following his extensive food-based experience and combined with his passion for the industry, Richard founded Interick Marketing in 2001.

Richard’s continued and varied experiences in the food industry have made it possible for him to develop a large network of contacts with industry players, from manufacturers and distributors to retailers.

Richard’s strengths in negotiation, product marketing and management make him an expert in the food industry and your ideal partner for distribution.
